  Absolutely terrible. The worst place I have ever had to deal with. Place hangs up on you frequently. The service is even worse. Very unprofessional. Call to pay off a debt and they have no information and could take 30 days to retrieve. Refuses to mail or email me a document stating what I owe. Talked to 4 different people and not one speaks clear English, then proceeds to get irritated with me because I can't understand a word they say and won't transfer me to someone else who speaks better English. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. 1 star is giving this place way to much credit......
